My sorta’ prose poem, “On Autumn,” is now available at the online literary journal Zero Readers.

The poem was inspired by a trip through central Michigan to check on my great-aunt’s house.

I love Michigan. Even when it snows in April–and it always snows in April. I’ve written before: Michigan winters are the price we pay for Michigan autumns.

I continue to stand by that sentiment.
