The MacGuffin, the literary journal published by Schoolcraft College, has been around since 1984.
I’m pretty sure I’ve been submitting to it the entire time.
Perseverance finally paid off, and I’m proud to say I appear twice in the issue they’ve just released.
That’s a lot of rejection slips over the years, and rejection emails more recently, but they were right about those poems not being up to their standards.
I’m not entirely sure these two pieces are, either, but it’s nice to be among such good company.
